What to look for
- Verified-purchase review platforms (Feefo, Okendo, Yotpo) and open platforms (Trustpilot) solve different problems. Open profiles exist whether you pay or not, so decide whether you are collecting reviews or managing an existing public reputation.

- Budget for a community manager, not just a licence. Reviews of every platform in this category name setup effort and ongoing moderation as the real cost, and unmoderated communities go quiet or hostile.
- Check the exit before you import members: whether you can export posts, member records and SSO mappings, and who owns the content if you leave.
